Ready by experts are curated platform diet plans. Your own weeks live under My Diet Plans. Both catalogs sit in the Diet plans hub so you can browse cards, filter by category, and download PDFs without leaving that page.

Browse Ready by experts

1. Open Diet plans and choose the Ready by experts tab (when that module is on your plan).
2. Search or filter published templates.
3. Customize to clone one into My Diet Plans, or Download PDF for a branded cover export.

My Diet Plans

• Every week you generate or start blank is saved under My Diet Plans
• Organize with category folders (Misc, Keto, and folders you create)
• Download PDF from a card — choose whether to show a client name and cover quote
• Showing a client name matches or creates that client and assigns the plan so you can track it under Clients
